Functions
To advise, assist, and be responsible to the Rector for the management of undergraduate training, including: developing, organizing, and implementing training objectives, content, programs, and plans; academic review, graduation review, management of academic results, and management of diplomas and certificates; and to act as the focal point for managing short-term training and refresher programs according to societal needs.
Mission
- To advise and assist the Rector in managing, summarizing, proposing ideas, and organizing the implementation of the University's training and admissions activities;
- To lead the development of proposals for opening new majors in line with societal needs and the University's practical needs;
- To develop training objectives and programs, organize implementation, and supervise teaching and learning activities, and conduct assessments;
- To advise on the planning of training development strategies;
- To develop training management documents;
- To organize the development and management of undergraduate programs and textbooks;
- Developing and managing teaching plans;
- Managing the learning process and outcomes;
- Managing the printing and issuance of diplomas and certificates;
- Building a recruitment network, negotiating and signing short-term training and professional development contracts.
