
In the context of higher education undergoing profound transformations for international integration, scientific research and innovative teaching methodologies play an increasingly pivotal role. The Faculty of Applied Science co-operated with the Faculty of Physical Education and National Defense and Security to successfully organize the Cross-Faculty Scientific Conference.
The conference was honored to welcome the Vice Rector of the University – Dr. Thai Doan Thanh, who attended and gave a keynote address. Dr. Thanh emphasized the particularly vital role of scientific research in enhancing educational quality and promoting sustainable university development.
Notably, he also highlighted the trend of applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) in research and teaching as a strategic pathway that warrants top priority.

The conference attracted over 60 lecturers representing 4 academic divisions: Mathematics, Physics, Physical Education, and National Defense and Security. This collaboration fostered a multidimensional discussion forum aimed at comprehensively improving training quality.
The conference recorded more than 47 practical scientific reports, focusing on innovative teaching methods oriented toward competency development and digital transformation in education.
The conference served as a platform to share teaching experiences in basic sciences and specialized skills. At the same time, it provided a valuable opportunity for young scientists, PhD candidates, and students to publish their research outcomes, while honing their confidence and independent academic thinking.
